El Espejo Girls Outdoor Adventure Camp

El Espejo Girls Outdoor Science Enrichment

Summer 2017

June 26th - June 30, 2017

What is El Espejo?

El Espejo means “the mirror” in Spanish. El Espejo is a summer science research program for girls where you will “see” yourself as a scientist.  During the program, you will experience what it is like to be a scientist through different activities and projects at the Poudre Learning Center (PLC). Middle school girls will gather for a week-long science experience based around adventure, art, exploration and natural history. Girls will also have the opportunity to do their own research investigation in small teams. Sutdents will go into the school year with this experience to share with their friends and provide real-world context for the science studies ahead. Come have tons of fun and make new friends!
